We all know that the cowardly authorities in China have again attempted to silence the artist Ai Weiwei. The Tate, who recently showed Weiwei’s installation Sunflower seeds in the Turbine Hall of the Tate Modern, have now displayed their support by posting a statement on the roof of the gallery (see image).
Alongside this welcome sign of solidarity they have a petition which seeks to reach a million signatures. Whatever else you do please click here NOW to sign and show your support!!
